Brynnlee is a mom of 4 young kids as well as a therapist who specializes in perinatal mental health. She brings both clinical expertise and real-life mom experience to every session.
She's not going to tell you to "practice self-care" and send you on your way. She's in the trenches right now too — and she's passionate about helping other moms feel refreshed in their parenting.
With a blend of compassion, understanding, and practical strategies, Brynnlee creates a space where moms can be honest without judgment.
